- Field Investigation

- Document Pickup Services
Since these are service-based offerings, refunds are governed by the stage of service completion.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a service before work has commenced.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or phone using the contact details provided on our website.
Once work has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Payment was made due to a technical error or duplicate transaction.
- Mudralo is unable to provide the requested service due to internal reasons.
- The service request is cancelled before work has begun and approved by our management.
Refund requests are subject to verification and approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- The service has already been initiated or completed.
- Field Investigation has been conducted.
- Loan verification process has started.
- Consultancy or advisory services have been provided.
- Documents have already been collected or delivered.
- Delay caused by clients, banks, government authorities, or third parties.
- Incorrect information submitted by the client.
- Client changes their decision after the service has commenced.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your account has been charged more than once due to a payment gateway or technical issue, please contact us immediately with your payment details.
Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded accordingly.
7. Modification of Services
If a client wishes to modify an existing service request, Mudralo will review the request based on the stage of work completed. Additional charges may apply where necessary.
8. Force Majeure
Mudralo shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, legal issues, strikes, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
9. Changes to this Policy
Mudralo reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page.
